Little Press and Cellar – a great little Greek!

Spawned off the elegant Press Club Restaurant, the Little Press is an extension of the previous bar area and serves great Greek cuisine. A small private dining room called the cellar is also available (seats 12) that runs off this slim long good looking space for those who may want to have a private party.

Service is brisk and knowledgeable but for some the tables may be too close for confidential chats!

The menu has small plates (mezethakia – 10-12 to choose from) to large plates (Kyria – only 3 to choose from), the Rotisserie of the day and dessert (Glyka)

prawn kataifi with almond skodalia

mini wagyu burger with beetroot relish

marinated kingfish pomegranate, zucchini and mint

rotisserie of the day - lamb with cypriot grain salad, beetroot tzatziki

Karydopita or carrot and walnut cake with yoghurt ice cream and orange and honey jellies

The food is reminiscent of the Press Club, well presented and well executed and priced well.  The small dishes we had were stunning and so was the rotisserie of the day.

A great venue if you are on your way to the theatre but also as a destination cafe.
